Introducing... Wii.
As in "we."
While the code-name Revolution expressed our direction, Wii represents the
answer. Wii will break down that wall that seperates videogame players from
everybody else. Wii will put people more in touch with their games... and
each other. But you're probably asking: What does the name mean?
代號 Revolution 傳達了我們的方向,而 Wii 則代表了答案.
Wii將會破除把每個人從以"玩家"這個名詞所區隔出來的那道牆.
Wii將會讓更多的人親近屬於他們的遊戲,不分你我.
但你可能會有疑問:這個名稱的涵義是什麼呢?
Wii sounds like "we," which emphasizes the console is for everyone. Wii can
easily be remembered by people around the world, no matter what language they
speak. No confusion. No need to abbreviate. Just Wii.
Wii聽起來像是"we",強調了這是一部屬於大家的電玩主機.
Wii能讓世界上任何人都能輕易的記起這個名字,無論他們說的是什麼樣的語言.
不會使人混淆.不需要縮寫.就是Wii.
Wii has a distinctive "ii" spelling that symbolizes both the unique
controllers and the image of people playing it. And Wii, as a name and a
console, brings something revolutionary to the world of videogames that sets
