[問題] 網路一直斷斷續續
在斷線的情況下 若是ping 127.0.0.1 可以連的到
Pinging 127.0.0.1 with 32 bytes of data:

但是若是ping 168.95.192.1
則會出現Request timed out 的訊息
原本想說是否是因為winsock 損壞的問題 但是下載winsockxpfix工具修復之後
問題依舊存在
電腦有安裝正版的卡巴，都有在監控 那麼請問我網路的問題究竟出在哪裡?
