[問題]BBS連得上 IE MSN都連不上

目前BBS 都可以網路OK 不過開啟IE的時候卻出現 Forbidden by Dialectal Conversion Proxy Server Forbidden by Dialectal Conversion Proxy Server on `yan.yansite.jp:8080'. Tried from 210-58-14-159.cm.dynamic.apol.com.tw:1065 to http://www.yahoo.com.tw:80. ie的工具 網際網路選項 連線 區域網路設定就看到proxy了
