[問題] 電腦擷圖的影片畫面一片漆黑

MB_主機板 ：P5KPL-AM EPU - Asus
RAM_記憶體 ：2048MB
VGA_顯示卡 ：ASUS EAH5450 Series
HDD_硬碟 ：WDC WD5000AAKS-60Z1A0 (465 GB) NTFS
CD-DVD_燒錄機 ：HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GH22NS50
各組件已使用時間、使用情況：4年、狀況良好、速度稍慢

問題詳述：
如下圖所示：

播放影片時
同時用Print Screen SysRq鍵擷取畫面
再貼到小畫家或ＰＨＯＴＯＳＨＯＰ等軟體上後沒問題
但是一旦按下另存新檔後
馬上顯示以上這種全黑的畫面
請問要如何調校
才能使電腦正確擷圖？
