[問題] facemood&eATM
facemood&eATM
我有兩個問題，first
我的NB開機(win7)，就跳出此視窗內容，英文如下:
microsoft visual c++ Runtime library
program...
facemood.com\facemoods\1.4.17.5\facemoodssrv.exe
this application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.
Please contact the application's support team for more information
我上網搜尋資料，facemood是指臉書聊天室有表情符號。
我目前已無法使用臉書聊天室的表情符號。
我原以為是中網路綁架毒，經由「開始」搜尋處打 regedit 執行登錄編輯器，
找 HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main..
沒有找到"Window_title"值。
所以我排除是遭到網路綁架病毒。

原本我都可以利用eATM查我的薪資及轉帳，
不小甚麼麼原因，就不在顯示eATM視窗。
使我無法查詢薪資及轉帳。
我重新安裝規定的ActiveX元件，結果此問題還是沒有解決。
最後這兩個問題，我未解決。
