X X X X X ----------- (防雷頁面) 本篇文章含有台灣尚未播映的劇情/內容，請注意 (防雷頁面) ----------- Numb3rs第六季已在台灣時間昨天中午落幕。雖然前途未卜，電視台總裁、製作人乃至演員們都一再呼籲仍未有最終決定，但我想真的很不樂觀... 尤其經過一連串劇組部分人員跳槽製作新劇，身為劇情主軸的David Krumholtz和Rob Morrow前後傳出加盟新劇的消息，危機感本只來自預定集數大減，現在則是劇組到演員紛紛另謀新職，雖然這段時間不少見他們向影迷喊話，要大家向電視台發聲以表支持，影迷連署及寄信聲援從不間斷，滿心期盼Numb3rs真能邁向第七季，起碼要一個完整而非殘缺不全的最終季，然而，劇組內部動作頻仍，即便說服大家有第七季新劇簽約僅是備胎，但拿Eppes兩兄弟來說，Rob的ABC台新戲 "The Whole Truth"是CSI製作人Jerry Bruckheimer 的新作，(諷刺的是同製作人的另一新戲接的就是Numb3rs的時段)，D.K.的新劇則是朗霍華的情境喜劇，編劇還是辦公室風雲執筆者，試問誰願意放掉到手的大好機會，轉而死守不知能否再撐一季的老劇？勉強延續...沒了兩兄弟的Numb3rs還是Numb3rs嗎？若不是心知肚明，Eppes父子倆怎會抽空在最後一集播出後於聊天室與影迷相聚，之前季末也不見這等盛況，所以，大家都不想當壞人，不想打碎影迷的渺小期盼，但....答案已昭然若揭... S6E16或許真是Numb3rs最後一集了！我不會向Numb3rs說再見，更不會向喜愛的角色們道別，就像最終集一再揭示的的主題 "Every ending is a new beginning."，Numb3rs裡的人物：Eppes一家+新媳婦Amita +Larry+FBI的夥伴-David、Colby、 Liz、Nikki+Don的未婚妻檢察官Robin+成為Nikki男友的狙擊手Ian+只出現一季的Terry以及我們最最想念.曾也是Don的副手....Larry的心理測寫家女友Megen大姐...等等，他們的故事仍在持續上演著，我們亦然..... 記得先前我翻譯的專訪中，D.K.曾對記者說要在Numb3rs.org.發表對影迷的感謝嗎？前幾天，他兌現了這個諾言。我將它翻譯成中文分享給大家，冥冥中，劇組也感受到這股離別的哀愁，說不定他們也和我們一樣只是不想面對罷了.....，起碼，他們有了新的工作機會，從未見過戲還未正式宣告取消，劇組就紛紛傳出簽新約的消息，除是離別的徵兆外，換個角度想，Numb3rs還真成功，祝福他們....。 D.K.留的原文 Hey everyone, I wanted to drop one last line here for all you Numb3rs devotees, those that have followed the show from the beginning, as well as those who have just recently discovered the show in syndication. Thank you all so much for your patronage of Numb3rs. The success of Numb3rs is one of the few true examples of a show surviving the minefield of network television due to the passionate and steadfast weekly response of it's fans. Rest assured, your voices were consistently heard, and your thoughts helped push the show forward. It is important that you know that we have enjoyed our relationship with you, as much as you've enjoyed your relationship with us. Which is why, despite contrary requests, we were diligent in providing you, our fans, with a season/series ender that would hopefully satisfy your desires and provide you with a sense of closure. As a fan of television myself, it burns me when a show I love is abruptly yanked off the air without any resolution to it's story lines. We all felt that you deserved better. That being said, I want to stress that there has yet to be any official or final decision made about the future of Numb3rs. While all indications confirm our shared belief that this Friday night's episode is indeed the end of the series, there is no reason to lose hope. Friday's episode was brilliantly written by our intrepid creators, Nicolas Falacci and Cheryl Heuton. And directed by Nick, marking his first time behind the camera as director. There is plenty to celebrate in the episode, and rest assured, the show's ending is not finite. All story lines remain open ended, so that Numb3rs may return. While many of you may feel saddened by the show's potential end, just remember, every ending is a new beginning. This theme is hit upon many times in the final episode itself. Please keep in mind that due to our episode order being cut short, much of the latter part of this season has felt rushed. However, the minds behind Numb3rs did everything they could to keep the boat afloat and deliver a cognitive ending to this chapter of the Numb3rs saga. We would have all loved to have had the opportunity to play out the Numb3rs arc for just a few more episodes, but the unexpected news of our shortened episode order, hurt our momentum. It's regrettable, but also, meant to be. Even still, we hope that you all feel that we recovered nicely and provided you with the best ending to the show possible. I have had the opportunity to reflect upon our success, and I could not be more grateful for the devotion you all have shown Numb3rs for so many years. We all feel extremely lucky to have worked with each other to provide such wonderful fans with a show they can learn from, and be entertained by. You were the fuel for the Numb3rs fire. Personally, I can never thank the fans on this site enough for embracing me, and encouraging me to do my best work. I am indebted to you.
