JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Pre-Analyst / Research Analyst (RA) who will be based in Taiwan, cover Taiwan business and expected to gain regional deal exposure to the Asia Pacific Rim. Our team mainly focuses on cross boarder M&A and Hong Kong IPO. The Candidate primary responsibility is to assist the team to grow, including: financial modeling, preparation of pitch book materials, industry/company research and analysis, performing various analytical writings, due diligence and client meeting coordination.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
o Excellent verbal and written communication abilities and effectively bilingual in Mandarin and English.
o Knowable of cross boarder regulations/laws with superior Greater China market sentiment is a plus.
o Strong accounting, quantitative skills, and proven analytical abilities in financial structuring. Aptitude and experience with equity market financial modeling is preferred.
o Relevant foreign investment banking, venture capital, consulting, equity research or private equity experience is preferred but not required.

o Strong sense of urgency and self-discipline; capable of working effectively and efficiently under pressure.
o Demonstrated track record of high achievement in demanding professional and academic settings.
o Uncompromising personal integrity. Start date ASAP.
