[討論] Sell-side Operations Analyst
A leading foreign house is looking for an analyst in Operations with senior
securities license, job description is as below:
Principle Responsibilities
1. Advise sales and trading professionals on procedures for executing,
clearing
2. Process, reconcile and settle daily trading activities
3. Ensure that the trade booking adhere to firm internal policy, and
regulation
4. Diligently, analyze, investigate and rectify any discrepancies
5. Conduct daily calculation and maintenance of margins
6. Control payments and process flow
7. Provide quality service to both internal and external clients
8. Perform other administrative duties as necessary
9. Responsible for conducting and documenting Know Your Client due diligence
and understanding of key risk and control issues
10. Special projects
Qualifications /Experience / Skills
A. Bachelor degree or above
B. Senior Broker Business Person license holder necessary in Taiwan
C. At least 2-4 years of work experience in the operations field
D. Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin essential
E. Proactive and able to work independently
F. Attention to detail and Control awareness
G. Good PC and analytical skills
H. Improve the area of client services to change the process, system
I. Ability to handle multitasks and be flexible to requests and deadlines
J. Self-motivated to acquire new knowledge and welcome new challenges
K. Quick study
