Position Open
1. Job Title: Analyst in Fund Management
2. Hiring Entity: Taipei Subsidiary of Chenco Holdings Company (a US Company)
3. Home office: Taipei office located at Nanjing E. Rd.
Qualifications & Requirements:
1. Academic Background:
A、 Bachelor degree or higher
B、 Major (preferred) in Finance, Real Estate Finance, Business
Administration, Economics, Accounting, Land Economics, Land Administration,
Architecture, Urban Design or City Planning.
2. Work Experience: (preferred)
A、 2 years or more full-time job in Real Estate Investment industry
B、 Real Estate Investment industry includes: Residential & Commercial
Developer, Property Direct Investment & Management (in Insurance
Company or others), Real Estate Consulting, Real Estate Management,
Property Appraisal, Property Loan Dept of Bank, and NPL Asset
Management.
C、 Interest and willingness to participate in real estate fund preparation,
fundraising and post-management operations.
3. Other requirements:
A、 Language: Proficiency in Chinese and English in oral communication,
reading, writing and presentation.
B、 Computer skills: Good command of real estate cash flow simulation, in
creating professional PowerPoint Presentations, and in preparing concise
summaries for various occasions.
C、 Characteristics: Positive working attitude, Well-organized, Team-player,
Integrity, Disciplined, Willing to learn and work in multi-disciplinary jobs
D、 Travel Requirement: May be required to travel within or to work
periodically in group offices in Beijing, Tianjin, Hong Kong, Taipei, Irvine,
California and Las Vegas, Nevada (Group Headquarters).
