[招募] 若水國際-2010 Internship Program
Flow, Inc.(若水國際) is looking for the interns!
Working in Taiwan's first venture philanthropy fund, interns will gain exposure
to sophisticated business interactions and also see the social impact one can
make. An intern will be under the guidance and in close collaboration with the
assigned Project Manager to experience a practical, interactive and
comprehensive internship.
[Qualifications](Sequence is not by the importance of each item.)
* Strong passion in social enterprise and eager to solve societal problems
with innovative business practices
* Fluent in both English and Mandarin
* Ideally, interns are expected to spend at least a flexible 15-20 hours per
week to extend the internship up to 6 months
* Junior/senior/MBA students with business/finance major are strongly preferred
* Strong analytical capabilities, excellent written and oral communication
skills, and a strong team player
We are looking for 4 to 5 interns for following 2 projects:
1. 社會企業創投分析
* Business Analysis and Case Study: This project entails the intern to perform
various business analyses to validate Flow’s prospective investment
opportunities and conduct case studies for social enterprises in different
fields.
* Business or Law Background Research: This project requires the intern to
conduct social enterprise case studies, background research in business or
law, and to draft business correspondence and reports.
(Students of business or law are preferred)
2. DDS身障就業專案
This project requires intern to collect related data, conduct market researches,
surveys and online marketing to assist Flow in promoting the idea of
disabilities employment and expanding the market to sell relevant products.

before June 10th. You can apply for 1 project at most. The project manager
will contact you if you are qualified for an interview.
