1 Announcement capture from the market and create/amend event in custody
system
2 perform entitlement reconciliation
3 coordinate listed companies for appointment representative, split voting
or shareholder data update
4 Proxy voting control process
5 Post meeting control process
6 Assist the manager for the project of TDCC STP project
7 Any other internal assignment from manager
8 Transaction documentation filing
Knowledgy,skill and Experience
1 Trust Licence holder
2 Excellent command to English
3 Detail-oriented and self-motivated
4 Good working attitude and communication skill
5 Ability to manage and priortize work
6 Familiar with Microsoft Excel/ Power Point and Words
Contract duration: 5 months
