Position: 1 Year Agency Temp (Junior x 1 & Senior x 1) - total 2 temps
Department: Investment Banking Operations
Job description:
The position holder is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions and events including booking, validation, filing, archiving and handling of queries. This also includes the comparison and validation of data, reversal/cancellation of bookings, reconciliation of transactions and positions, and can include cash management/cashier (payment) activities as well as reconciliation of client service issues.
Key Responsibilities
*Undertake preparatory work, transaction processing, and control and reconciliations tasks.
*Manage and escalate operational risks arising from processes.
*Monitor and process pending items as well as correcting discrepancies.
*Provide support and advice for front and middle office staff.
*Interface with internal and external clients to provide operational and administrative support as needed.
Requirement:
- Graduated, major in Business or Finance
- Preferably 1~2 years of relevant working experience
- Basic understanding of both Treasury and Structured products, including operational procedures and after-sell maintenance.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage several tasks simultaneously
- Able to work in a matrix structure and fulfill tight deadlines and demands from internal and external clients
- Securities Personnel License is required; Senior Securities Personnel License is a plus.
- Excellent PC skills, particularly MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint
- Fluent speaking, writing and reading in Mandarin & English
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, energetic individual, who is professional, independent, and a lateral thinker with good social skills
Salary range:
- For junior temp: TWD32,000 - 35,000/monthly
- For senior temp: TWD50,000 - 70,000/monthly
