IBD Analyst
Job Spec.
1.Supporting associates and other team members in structuring and executing
transactions by performing financial and statistical analyses, conducting
research, preparing support documentation and assisting in due diligence
efforts.
2.Quantitative analysis processing complex data to draw logical and
systematic conclusions.
3.Analyzing financial data using and developing financial models.
4.Assisting in the preparation of new and repeat business development
presentations.
5.Participating in teams executing transactions.
Qualifications:
‧University graduated or above degree.
‧Min. 2 years of working experience in financial sales or credit analysis
background.
‧Strong execution skills: thorough follow-through & attention to detail
‧Strong problem-solving skills; excellent interpersonal skills
‧Committed, trusted team player
‧Flexible and willing to adapt to different environment.
Good command of English and Mandarin in written and spoken is required

Software Developer – Graphical User Interface
This position requires candidates with creative ideas, strong personal
initiative and work ethic to deliver software solutions to represent
financial data . Software developers must be self-driven, able to multitask
and continually find areas for improvement and optimization.
Responsibilities:
‧Internationalization and localization of web based applications to handle
multiple languages, scripts, and cultural conventions
‧Implement logics based on financial compliance rules and requirements set
in local countries
‧Design and build new web based applications to deliver fixed income
analytics
Qualifications:
‧Must have a Bachelor/Masters degree in Computer Science or related field,
with a high GPA
‧Outstanding programming skills in at least one language (i.e. Java,
Flex/Flash)
‧Work/School experience in software implementation using Unicode a must
‧Work/School experience or personal interest in user interface design, and
multi-media a plus
‧Good communication skills in English
