Retails Sales Support
6-months contract first
This position will provide support to the Retail Sales team in Taiwan
[Job discription]
- Assist account managers to prepare presentation/branch visit materials
- Daily interface contact with the distributors' sales/Home office people
- Respond to client queries
- Coordinate with HK operational hub for operation related matters
- Establish/maintain the database for e-communication with the distributors
- Coordinate and monitor incoming and outward communications
- Ad hoc administration support to the team
- Assist preparing marketing materials to get approval from compliance
- Assist preparing accurate regular reports
[Requirement]
- University or post graduate degree preferably in Finance/Business/insurance
- Linguistic and numerical skills required
- Computer proficiency
- Detail-oriented, Client-focused, mature and confident
- Able to multi-task and work under pressure
- 2 yrs relevant industry experience
- Prior supervisory experience is preferable
- Fluency in Mandarin and English
