TC Bank Finance associate program
1.Position: Management Trainee
2.Department: Finance
3.Job Specifications:
The finance management trainee program recruits talented individuals at the
entry-level and will join a 30 months training program. In this program, the
finance management trainee will be rotated within and outside finance department
and work on different kind of projects and assignments. Through the on-the-job
and classroom training and intensive working expenses in the banking, the
management trainee will be trained up to take up key senior position in the
bank.
As a Management Trainee of Finance, they could be involved in projects and
assignment of the following areas:
-Financial Accounting and Reporting
-Business Planning and Analysis
-Tax reporting and Planning
-Treasury Accounting and Analysis
4.Qualifications:
-Bachelor degree or above; MBA degree is a plus
-Fluent in English & Mandarin
-Good interpersonal and communication skills, energetic and able to work under
pressure
-Results-driven and detail oriented with strong analytical skills
-Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
-Good team player
-No working experience will also be considered
