YFY Inc., an investment holding company, is looking for one analyst and
one associate to join their corporate finance department.
Major responsibilities:
- Work with senior managers across BUs to conduct analysis and evaluation
for a wide variety of investment projects
- Responsible for financial modeling, industry research and law/regulation
study
- Compile and consolidate documents for post-investment management
*YFY Inc. is actively adjusting its portfolio and optimizing its operation to
maximize shareholders' wealth and to reach strategic objective. Potential
exposure for successful candidates may include M&A activity, IPO arrangement,
and company restructure.
Requirements:
- Bachelor/Master degree in finance, accounting, or other business-related
major
- Strong financial modeling skills and clear DCF knowledge
- Solid accounting and finance knowledge
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
