- Job Description
This position is primary to support in investment-related activities in equity capital market, including the execution of M&A cases, post-transaction management, IPO, industries comp analysis, potential target profile writing, financial model building, raw data collection, operation routines and database maintenance.
- Requirements & Eligibilities
1.Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
2.Proficiency in Microsoft Office
3.Superior analytical skills (financial modeling would be a plus)
4.Fluent in Mandarin and English
5.Strong communication skills
6.Driven to expand knowledge and solve problems
7.Keen attention to detail and accuracy
8.Self-motivated and highly collaborative
9.Work experiences in IBD, Big 4 accounting firms and EQ Rsch dept. would be a p
10.Work seniority 1-3 years
