[徵才] Global Macro/ WM Research Analyst
Protrend Management Consulting is hiring entry-level analysts who have
interest in global macro strategy and/or wealth management research.
Job Description
Global Macro Strategy Dept:
1. Learn to analyze global macro development, ranging from analysis of
central bank policies and economic data to global politics dynamics, in order
to support in-house investment management
2. Develop macro research framework through the use of academic STEP-variant
methodology and Bloomberg terminal
Wealth Management Research Dept:
1. Apply service market triangle to conduct case study of the private banking
industry
2. Conduct family succession study to assist in project execution of training
programs held in Taiwan, China and Singapore
3. Perform data analysis, both qualitative and quantitative, by using SPSS
Job Requirement:
1. Major in economics, finance or any related fields
2. Proficient in English reading is a must
3. High level of motivation to learn
4. Good team player with strong communication skill and detail-oriented
personality
5. Knowing how to use SPSS is a plus for WM research department

Our macro research team is based in Taiwan. By developing methodologies
derived from literatures, also known as the “PEST analysis”, we keep
integrating insights from market expertise and academic literature. Our goals
are to develop frameworks of the dynamics of global macro development and
highlight signals of investment potential.
Our WM research team, with an aim to providing consulting service of private
banking and family succession, has been in collaboration with several largest
state-owned banks in China. We also cooperate with major wealth management
institutions and private banks. In summer, analysts will have the opportunity
to join programs in Singapore and interact with top private bankers and fund
managers.
