The Position – Project Assistant (intern/part time)
Supporting on
1. Business Process Reengineering
1.1 Identify and document internal requirements and issues
1.2 Clarify and solve issues timely
1.3 Help stream-line data and processes
2. System implementation
2.1 Data collection, cleaning, validation
2.2 Data analysis
3. Call Center
3.1 Record and understand customer requirements. Communicate well with customers
3.2 Administration work
Qualifications
1. Good Excel, Access analytical skill
2. Fluent in English and Taiwanese;
strong oral and written skills are required
3. Smart, potential, open minded, highly self-motivated and quick learner
4. Desire to join a fast-paced, high growth organization with tremendous
opportunity for future advancement

Service manager, Taiwan
Location
Taiwan HQ (Taipei)
