Diagnosis:squamous cell carcinoma
(非常難看出來 真的 是很難 @@ )
很多人猜lichen planus 但我是猜verrucous carcinoma:PP 也就是變成scc前的
比較沒有那麼malignant lesion
2. A grayish black lesion on the right buccal mucosa of an 18-year old woman
Diagnosis:nevus
(唉... 幾乎大家都寫是melanoma,沒有人會想說是nevus會長在buccal mucosa,一個
痣,竟然要做biopsy)
3. A nodule on the lower labial mucosa of a 10 yeae-old boy
Diagnosis:mucocele
(終於答對了,這不難 很好認 哈 )
4. A nodule in the left buccal mucosa of a 47-year-old man
Diagnosis:neurilenomma
5. A bluish lesion on the left buccal mucosa of a 10-year-old boy
Diagnosis:hemangioma
(這很難辨哦,不像上口病時看的,差別滿大的,不過比較像上病理課看到的)
6. A dome shaped lesion on the right posterior hard palate of a 53-year-old
woman
Diagnosis:mucoepidermoid carcinoma
