[公告] 暑假訓練功課
教練交代的注意事項,以及暑假期間的訓練功課:
1.暑假期間有空多找自己人組隊打play,以球隊的共識和目標為主
勿只是為了眼前贏球而任意變動,忽略了基本
2.注意身體健康,維持體能,小心運動傷害
3.暑假訓練功課:
(1)跑步!!
(2)左腳腳跟與右腳腳尖站齊,用左腳腳跟與右腳腳尖墊起
靠牆蹲下至膝蓋90度後再站起,每天做30趟
另外,還有幾件事情要大家一起注意與配合
1.8/4~8/5為延友盃,比賽資訊請注意看板
2.9/3(一)~9/7(五)為第二階段暑訓
3.暑假期間我們會有一些零星的場地時間
可能會練球、友誼賽或約play,一樣請大家多主動follow
