Heise reports that the computer must be taken offline for "as long as the range of music files offered for download via the server contains illegal files." http://blog.wired.com/music/2007/09/edonkey-servers.html EDonkey Servers Shut Down by IFPI, Local Authorities, 2007/9/25 One third of the remaining 3 million or so users of the eDonkey file sharing network have been knocked off of that network following the closure of supernode servers in France, the Netherlands, and, most recently, in Germany following court injunctions issued in five German cities. === 兩年前的社課（那時社團還沒成立呢！）曾經討論過 P2P 的議題不知道參與的人還記不記得台灣兩個大型 P2P 網站的 case 討論？ ezpeer 因為有警告使用者不要作非法用途，所以免於法律制裁 Kuro 則被迫要與 IFPI 和解這次的 server shutdown 衝著「本身」合法的 P2P 平台業者而來值得大家注意。這可能代表以後任何可能傷及智慧財產的舉動都會被視為非法。另外一點也很有趣的是 IFPI 發言人說的話在文章中他們似乎想把焦點轉往 ISP （Internet Service Provider）這與以往拆也拆不完的 P2P 服務提供商不一樣 ISP 目標非常明顯（ISP就那幾家）如果 IFPI 能夠說服法官強制 ISP 對 P2P 做管理那勢必會改變很多我們下載東西的習慣 orz -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 218.166.129.97
