以下針對fig.8的解釋 大家看看這樣解釋對不對

and enter early endosomes. Subsequently, the viruses are trafficked to
late endosomes, where the low pH triggers viral fusion.Viral ribonucleoproteins

所以說 low pH只是跟viral fusion有關,release vRNP,可以藉此去到nucleus.
因此low pH對形成endosome,也就是internalization沒關.
因為CHO可以形成early endosome所以他可以在low pH pulse時可以recover 30%的
infection,Lec1 cell 在endosome形成之前就block了,所以infection<1%.
為什麼用bafA呢 因為可以inhibit the major proton pump,
the vacuolar-type proton ATPase (V-ATPase),扮演acidification角色.

fig 8可以說lec1沒early endosome.因此做fig.9的test以證明他可以binding
沒有辦法進入細胞
