Hedge Fund - Research Analyst
There is a newly opening for students graduating in June 2010. Our clients
are Asset Managers, Pension Funds, and other institutions who consider us as
their strategic partner. You would be the go between person for the financial
staff & technology staff, so extensive business knowledge is an absolute
requirement.
Job Description:
‧Identification and validation of valuation discrepancies, cash
movements, static data exceptions, incorrect transactional processing and
income and corporate action event processing
‧Swap & OTC transactions (payment settlement & position
reconciliation)
‧Conduct financial analysis to identify new opportunities.
‧Communicate with institutional clients and internal clients to
convey short recommendations and ideas.
‧Platform: Geneva/Bloomberg
Requirements
‧Bachelors' degree
‧Capacity to quickly digest and synthesize substantial volumes of
information.
‧Highly detail oriented.
‧Excellent communication skills.
‧Strong work ethic and intellectual curiosity.
‧Highly effective organizational and time-management skills
