In a study done in the New York some years ago , researchers found
that people who ranked in the top 3% in every field had a special
attitude that set them apart from average performers in their industries.
It was this:they viewed themselves as self-employed throughout their careers,
no matter who signed their paychecks. They saw themselves as responsible for
their companies , exactly as if they owned the companies personally.
幾年前,在紐約有一項研究,研究者發現:在每個領域中,最頂尖百分之三的人士,
都有一種特殊的態度,使他們跟普通人不一樣。這個態度是他們在全部工作生涯當中,
無論誰付他們薪水,他們都把自己視為自我僱用者。
他們把公司的成敗當成自己的責任,就好像自己擁有公司一般。
