只要有參加Soccer Festival的人"兩次"都要來!!
地點在第四會議室(OIA樓上)
時間是22&29號五點半到七點半
這是Soccer Festival之前 唯一一個所有工作人員都會到的會議
所有事項都會說明
十分重要
不參加的話活動當天會一頭霧水
所以嚴格要求所以參加Soccer Festival的義工都要參加
請在會議當天把所有的事情搞清楚 有問題問清楚
我沒有時間也不想再用打電話或MSN的方式一個個通知或幫你們解決問題
加上活動當天會有非常多人 我沒辦法照顧到每一個人
所以一定要參加會議!!!!!!

Dear volunteers,
First of all, let me thank you for your registration! We
appreciateyour time and willingness to help us with 2nd International
SoccerFestival. We are going to hold two meetings before the event itself.
The purpose of this meetings is to get to know who is who, what arethe plans,
organizational structure, what your tasks are going to beand you all will be
assigned to teams.
Time: 4/22 and 29 (both days are Tuesday) from 5:30 to 7:30 pm
Place: 4th Conference Room, 5th floor, 2nd Administration Building
