Requirements:
- 大學以上，理工或商管相關科系畢業
- 四年以上電子商務或Java應用系統開發經驗、熟悉IBM WebSphere Portal者尤佳
- 具團隊合作與積極主動之精神，創造力佳，學習力強，抗壓性高，能獨立工作者
- 細心負責，有良好的溝通技巧
- 熟悉 Spring/Hibernate/AJAX/JSF 等Java Framework者優先
- 具備SCJP/SCWCD證照
- 具備金融業相關系統開發2年以上經驗／具相關證照者優先
Senior Project / Program Manager
Position Description:
" Report to Head of Information Technology of JPMorgan Asset Management Taiwan, focus on the development and support of systems.
" Manage JAVA Web Based application development projects, including local development and some regional common design and collaboration. Platforms to work on including IBM WebSphere Application Server, Portal and Oracle database
" Liaison with business users and Application Development groups in Asia for Technology Innovation projects, including mobile device enabling for external and internal users, etc.
" Overall performance responsibility for projects related activities and manage internal / external development resources, ensure project progress is on track with good technical design and quality
" Liaise with local development teams and regional architect on framework and technical design, system design, code review, and solution of technical issues
Requirements:
" A university graduate with major in Computer Science or equivalent. PMP certification is preferred.
" Strong project management and people management skills. Minimum 12 years application development experiences, with 5 years as Project / Program Manager to manage medium to large scale projects, and 5 years People Manager to manage a team of 10 people.
" Good vendor management skills. Experience in working with teams in different location is an advantage.
" Good understanding of current technology trends. Strong ability to grasp the concept, design, and architecture of an application system in a short time frame.
" Strong planning and management skills with problem solving and analytical capabilities, able to work independently under pressure to meet strict deadlines
" At least 3 years on JAVA internet application development; familiar with IBM WebSphere Application Server and Portal is plus. Experiences on Unix/Solaris, OOAD, UML, Oracle; familiar with Spring/Hibernate framework & SQL Tuning
" Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Good command of Mandarin and English
" Experience on Financial Industry is essential, Assets Management or Security systems development experience is preferred.
