Online Marketing and Customer Care Internship in Taiwan
GlossyBox (Beauty Trend Holding Company) is a new start-up of
Rocket Internet GmbH. Rocket Internet has been a strong partner to
various successful internet companies such as eDarling, Groupon
and Zalando!
GlossyBox is a monthly surprise box that consists of five luxury
beauty samples. Along with the online magazine, GlossyBox provides
a great offer for women who are highly interested in beauty and

Currently we are offering an internship in online marketing and
customer care in our office in Taipei. We offer an exciting job in
our new E-commerce beauty subscription company Glossybox with the
opportunity to learn about various aspects of online marketing
and contribute to the success in the Taiwan market.
Your responsibilities:
‧ Support the CEO and the Marketing Manager in different PR and
marketing activities
‧ Define/Adapt and implement the necessary content for our Taiwan
website
‧ Create the contents for 3rd party Taiwan user generated social
media (Facebook, Plurk…)
‧ In conjunction with Key Account Team, ensure partner brands
provide the necessary information/content
‧ Contact Taiwan bloggers to explain the value of our offering
‧ Full responsibility over our customer service (email and phone)
Your skills:
‧ Studies in business, journalism, media management or similar
‧ Strong interest and enthusiasm for cosmetics & beauty products
‧ High interest in internet and social platforms, such as
Facebook, Youtube and Twitter
‧ Very good communication skills (especially written) and highly
empathetic
‧ Creativity, doing more with less
‧ High motivation, flexibility and work ethic
‧ Taiwanese native, fluent in English
‧ Knowledge of MS Office & Internet
