I really think we should maintain a single entry
for each report and use *defined* tags for searching.
The way we are doing it (copy the same entry to different
pages) has some major short comings:
1. Waste of disk spaces
2. Extremely difficult to maintain
3. Hard to search (need a DEFINED set of tags)
4. Classification ambiguity
We have for now met the professor's requirement
but there are always new specifications. Can we
reconsider approaches for report organization that
could minimize our work in the future?
