[問題] 林宗毛班 HW8 12.10的小問題
第一個derived class SavingsAccount 最後那一段文字：
[Note: SavingsAccount should inherit member functions credit and debit as is
without redefining them.]
問題是根本不會用到debit()啊.....要理他嗎??

第二個derived class CheckingAccount
裡面要我們重新定義credit() 和 debit()，
提款時只有成功才要扣手續費
最後那個hint 建議把Account's debit 設成bool，那這樣要怎麼印出"Debit amount
exceeded account balance."?(我說的是原來Account裡面的定義)
