並提供客戶拓展亞洲市場的規劃與建議
實習的工作內容主要是在做高科技的市場研究與技術分析，幫客戶尋找新的市場
我這一年接觸過的產業與技術包括3DIC Process、觸控面板、LED、功率半導體
比較特別的曾經幫助一家德國廠商，撰寫他們PCB技術論文並投稿到台灣電路板協會
協助其增加在台灣的知名度以進入市場
實習的收穫包括可以學習如何對一個產業進行分析，接觸到最新的技術
利用excel建立資料庫，與如何建立完整報告的storyline與思考邏輯
最後提出對公司有助益的論點以及可以去approach的潛在市場
另外一個很大的收穫是來自於實習的老闆
老闆是台大電機系畢業的學姊
擁有Morgan Stanley和Bain Consulting的經歷
很樂意給小朋友學習經驗與生涯規劃
而且老闆每個月也會邀請他不同背景的朋友們來分享經驗
對自己未來的人生規劃會有很大的幫助
這次不僅有實習機會另外還有需要一個full-time的正職

Department:
Technology Business Unit, Semiconductor and Renewable Energy,
Business Development and Strategy Team
Location: Taipei
The Business Development and Strategy team is led by ex-management
consultants from BCG, Bain & Company and experienced R&D directors from
global technology firms. The team collaborates globally and covers the entire
Asia Pacific market. The job will be a great fit for people who are
interested in working within an international team utilizing consulting skill
in corporate environment.
Job Opening – DKSH Business Analyst
Job Description:
1. Financial Control
Collaborate with sales team and consolidate monthly business forecast and
report to executives and align with finance department
2.Market Research
Analyze market trends with business potential and consolidate result into
reports. Markets covered include semiconductor, touch panel, LED,
photovoltaics and other renewable energies
3. Business Development
Collaborate globally with the business development and strategy team to
develop new business
4. Project Management
Make presentation decks, organize events, manage interns and etc.
Qualification:
1. Analytical skill, logical thinking and problem solving ability
2. Good communication skill and detail oriented
3. Interest in technology industry and fields such as semiconductor,LED,
touch panel and photovoltaics
4. Fluent in English and Chinese
5. Be able to start on June 1st (negotiable)
Job Opening – DKSH Business Development Intern
Job Description:
1. Conduct new technology market research and present to the sales and
business development team
2. Gather primary data on markets, competitors and customers and
implement cold-call interviews
3. Assist business development team on projects
4. Work on a project base (working location is flexible)
Qualification:
1. Good data research and analytical skill
2. Detail oriented and capable of taking ownership and leading projects
3. Interest in consulting and high tech industry
4. Fluent in English and Chinese
5. Be able to start on July 1st 2013 and work 8-10 hours per week for 1
year (negotiable)
