<公告> 106學年度國青研三生治會男、女總幹事候選人登記
壹、生治會總幹事職務如下：
一、對外代表本宿舍，對內掌理本宿舍事務。
二、召集舍胞大會，並向各住宿生提出工作報告及接受質詢。
三、執行舍胞大會之決議。
四、提供住宿生討論舍事務與規範的機會及平台。
貳、登記時間與資格說明 :
本舍總幹事依登記優先順共分三階段，前一有人則略過下一階段登記，
直接舉辦選舉；前一階段無人登記，則進入下一登記階段。
歡迎有服務熱誠與溝通協調能力的舍胞，共同為國青研三舍努力！
一、第一階段106.5.3~106.5.10：開放國青舍胞登記參選生治會男、女總幹事。
二、第二階段106.5.11~106.5.17：開放校內其他宿舍之住宿生登記參選生
治會男、女總幹事。
三、第三階段106.5.18~106.5.24：開放具有本校住宿資格 (依照校內宿舍住資格，
非BOT住宿資格)之新生或等待候補者登記參選生
治會男、女總幹事。
參、登記地點：請至國青2F輔導員辦公室辦理，
請備妥個人簡介與政見之電子檔以供公告使用。
肆、預計將配合期末回饋同時辦理投票，並於當晚公告當選人。

Guo-Ching Dorm Election of the leader of Resident Committee
A. Duties for the leader of Resident Committee
1. Represent of Guo-Ching Dorm resident
2. Call the resident conference
3. Implement the resolutions that decides on the resident conference
4. Provide a platform to collect opinions from residents
B. Registration time & qualifications (if someone register in the first
period, then the second period will not open)
1. First period (3rd ~ 10th, May): Present resident of Guo-Ching Dorm
2. Second period (11th ~17th, May): Present resident of any NTU Dorms
3. Last period (18th~24th, May): People who have qualifications to live in
NTU Dorms, but not yet to live in. (include new students in 2017 fall
semester)
C. Registration plase: 2F Office of Guo Ching Resident Directors
D. Election will be hold on the date of End of Term Night Dessert Activity
