星期一: 短距離衝刺 : 衝刺七秒 休息15秒
星期二: 中距離衝刺 : 衝刺15秒 休息30秒
星期三: 長距離衝刺 : 衝刺30秒 休息1分鐘 (好像指全力衝)
星期四: 慢跑 20~25分鐘 慢慢的 輕鬆跑~~XD
星期五: 同星期一
星期六: 靈活度的訓練,例如跳繩 還有這種的
