b) If we assume that each cache transfer takes 1 clock cycle. Then the
effective average latency is:
(7)(0.05)+(1)(0.95)=1.3 clock cycles.
Thus the overall bandwidth will be
(133 MHz)(8 bytes/transfer)/(1.3 cycles/transfer)=818 Mbytes/second.
