------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Dear All, I am sending the e-mail to let you know ahead of time that after our lectures on Chapter 11 of the textbook, we will move on to Chapter 14 and Chapter 15 first, so that we can finish discussions about chemical analysis based on acid-base reactions. Then, we will lecture on gravimetric analysis (Chapters 12 and 13). The scope of the second midterm exam will cover Sections 8A and 8B as well as Chapters 9-11 and Chapter 14.
