申請期限：98年11月20日(五)下午5:00前截止收件。
錄取名額：UIUC 5名。
申請資格：本系碩士班在學學生，98學年度第2學期結束前可修畢本系畢業學分及99年5月底前完成論文口試。
申請文件：
一、本系雙學位申請表(含切結書)
二、英文簡歷自傳、英文學習計畫書(請依UIUC要求書寫)：
三、中文歷年成績單正本
四、TOEFL語文能力證書影本(正本驗畢後歸還)
五、GMAT能力證書影本(正本驗畢後歸還)
審查標準：
1. GMAT
2. TOFEL (UIUC可以IELTS替代)
3. 學期成績
4. 院系社團服務表現
※GMAT、TOFEL、學期成績三者分別排序後以名次計，
排序總名次相近時，由審查老師依院系社團服務表現較佳者優先錄取。
