JOB DESCRIPTION
Title: Analyst
Hollyhigh International is a China-based investment bank that provides
financial services in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, financings, and
other related fields. With a growing international clientele, the company
requires an individual that is able to conduct analysis of international
trends as well as individual companys, but also be able to convey such
information to domestic staff and clients.
Suitable candidates should have knowledge of economics or finance, a
knowledge of and interest in China and have at least conversational Chinese.
Duties of this position include conducting analysis of companies, industries
and trends on an international level. The individual must be able to compose
reports that are readable and concise, and if possible, written directly in
Chinese. Reports are mostly written using PowerPoint software; proficiency
in this software is preferred.
Successful candidates are expected to begin by understanding the investment
banking industry, assisting in various aspects of research, either for
research purposes or project analysis. The goal of the position is to become
an integral member of project teams, contributing to the international aspect
of deal making.
