In 2009, DKSH Taiwan technology business unit has acquired OC Oerlikon Taiwan to further strengthen its market expansion services Job Description Executive Assistant to the Head of Country Management/The Marketing & Sales specialist is responsible for performing sales administrative tasks in the semiconductor business. He/she is also responsible to manage marketing projects across different Business Units, and provides administrative support to the Head of Country Management (Country Manager), which is usually highly sensitive and confidential. This individual drives the achievement of stated goals and assures total project success through motivating, coaching and developing a high performance of support to the Country Manager and the various sales teams Responsibilities 1. Supports the Head of Country Management in regards to administrative topics 2. Responsible for internal communication within the Business Unit Technology - newsletters, presentations 3. Responsible for all external communication & external marketing of the Business Unit Technology - suppliers, trade offices, industry associations 4. Accomplishes marketing and organizational mission by completing projects as assigned; conducts marketing events 5. Supports the Semiconductor team as a sales administrator as needed Assignment Distribution Executive assistant to Head of Country Management - 33% Organization of communication and marketing events for Technology business unit - 33% Sales administrative assignments for Semi-conductor office - 33% Skills/Qualifications 1. Candidate must have a BA, all majors are welcome (working experience is open) 2. Strong attention to details and highly organized 3. Excellent English communication skills- Must be really top in English (reading and writing) 4. Ability to work with minimal direction to meet deadline 5. Smart, potential, open-minded, self-motivated, assertive and quick learner 6. Familiar with Microsoft Office suite Excel & PowerPoint 7.
