[口訓] 雷碧琦老師信件公告
Dear Class,
May I remind you that there is NO class next week. I’ll be running the
Shakespeare Conference. Though you’re not registered, you’re free to come
hear a talk or 2 if you have time. Attached please find the conference
program.
As for the play acting you will be doing next month. What you should do is
(A) Find an appropriate script (some 10-15 minutes), with 4 roles or can be
acted by 4 people.
(B) Assign roles and practice individually (as you did for your voice
dubbing),
(C) Practice as a group (as you did for your voice dubbing),
(D) Try to remember your lines and add some directing (movement, gestures,
costumes, props, even background music, etc.)
(E) Perform in class,
(F) Give away copies of the script to the class,
(G) Each actor leads a group of 3 to practice,
(H) Everyone participates in a “dramatic reading” (not acting) the play
You can find many scripts online and in our library. I have located some
sources, but feel free to explore on your own.
