會員名冊製作專案: 98/8/1~98/9/18 及 98/9/17~98/11/13
工作時間：每日 (Monday to Friday: 9:00 am ~5:30 pm)
工作時段：98/8/1~98/9/18 及 98/9/17~98/11/13 各需一人
工作內容：協助製作會員名冊 (MD: Membership Directory)，工作內容詳述於下
工作要求：需具英文會話及書信溝通能力，應屆畢業生優先考慮(或大三生升大四者)
* 面試之安排ㄧ律以Email 連繫。不接受其他方式聯絡
* 合適者將以Email 書面告知，其餘將不另外通知
* 此專案需費時約1.5 至2 個月，無誠者勿試

These two are full-time, unpaid positions available from Aug.1 to Sept.18
and Sept.17 to Nov.13, 2009. The major responsibility is to assist
Membership Coordinator to update contact information and collect additional
information from AmCham members and their companies (photo, feedback form,
order form, company logo and profile, etc.) AmCham is a non-profit,
non-partisan business organization dedicated to promoting the interests of
international business in Taiwan. AmCham’s 900 members are all senior
managers/executives representing international companies.
Job Description
* August 1 ~ September 18:
- Handle e-mail correspondence and phone inquiries related to the new
Membership Directory.
- Collect and organize members’ feedback forms.
- Conduct follow-up phone calls or emails regarding members’ feedback.
- Double check updated information against the central management system
(CMS) database.
- Conduct follow-up phone calls and emails to members who have not responded
to the membership update form.
- Assist expanded-listing sales.
* September 17 ~ November 13:
- Handle e-mail correspondence and phone inquiries related to the
expanded-listing sales.
- Collect and organize expanded-listing order forms.
- Follow up and assist with expanded-listing sales.
- Track down necessary documents (company logo & profile).
- Confirm with expanded-listing purchasers for company profile and other
information.
- Update membership information online.
