[Job position]
兼任研究助理，兩名。Expected: 研究生
[Work requirement]
協助執行研究計畫：涵蓋大量文獻收集與討論，包括農業經濟與跨
領域相關研究，以及協助建立不同作物的生產與經濟資料庫，問卷
設計與構想（農民風險態度、農家風險管理策略分析、永續農業生
產模式）。
[Capabilities]
Knowledge of statistics (and econometrics) and acquaintance
with statistical or programming software are highly expected.
Interested in data analysis, quantitative analysis, and developing
research career in applied and agricultural economics. Able to
work with data efficiently and effectively. Or anyone
(without sufficient background) who are willing to dig into these
areas and able to learn fast are also welcome.
[Mindset]
Willing to work in multi-disciplinary research topic. Responsible,
motivated, and patient. Involved and comfortable in discussion
environment and delivering ideas; Communicative. Interested in
and capable of primary data collection and conducting survey study.
Be able to reach out and look for resources. Collaborative and independent.
[Place]
Required group meeting every week. Work from home for current period.
[Time]
Expected to work around 20-25 hours per month, evaluation based on
actual outputs rather than hours. Job starts as the employment
contract goes into effect until July 2021. Renew every three months.
Reappointment for the next term will be determined three months
before the current contract ends, depending on the willingness
and accomplishment.
[Salary]
NT$ 6,000~7,000／月 (negotiable).
