[問題] 台大校網封鎖tor？

如題, 台大校園網路會擋tor嗎？ 我用OSX 10.10.2, torBrowser bundle 掛proxy + tor bridge 在校外連過tor但非常慢, 最近想要在校內試試但一直卡住, error message如下 """ Tor failed to establish a Tor network connection.
