幾點結論：
1.時間：我們訂在每個月第四週的星期三中午12:00
也就是說，在八月份，我們是訂在 8/26(三)
2.地點：在康老師的土木系辦公室
3.請大家把需要代禱的事項list給我，我會加以彙整。
4.需要分工部分：(1)製作通訊錄 (2)準備餐點 (3)帶敬拜 (4)帶整個禱告會的流程
請大家先告訴我，你那天中午能不能參加and可以幫忙的事項

Chungche
Thank you for the reminder. The 4th week in August is actually the following
week from 8/17 to 21. I don't remember which day we discussed last time?
I am free Wednesday and Friday and also arrangeable for Tuesday.
For the pray gathering I have several suggestion.
1. Day: I suggest fixing the day of prayer gathering.
For example, we can gather every first Thursday each month for lunch.
Early in the morning say 8-9 is another choice.
Let's meet this time and fix all the gathering days.
2. Location: My office is an idea place if there are less than 8 people.
3. Lunch: I suggest providing light lunch such as sandwich and soft drink.
If someone is late, he or she can also enjoy the food.
4. Praying list: Someone needs to prepare the praying list.
If there are many items, he or she may need to categorize them.
5. Schedule: 12:10~12:40 Lunch 12:40pm~1:00pm Worship. 1:00pm to 1:30pm
Praying List 1:30~1:50 Free Sharing and Discussion
6. Contact List: We need to build the contact list,
including Email and phone number so that we can reach each other.
7. Work coordination: We need a coordinator to organize (1) Worship
(2) Praying List (3) Lunch preparation
(4) Contact and reminding (to count the participants).
8. Fee: I will offer all the fee, including lunch and other fee
for the praying gathering.
Please let me know when we gonna meet this month.
We can test-run the procedure.
