【工作職缺】 Senior Data & Document Management Specialist
【工作內容】
o Review and process client legal documentation and static data quality assurance.
o To ensure that all delegated tasks from management are completed within the timeframes provided.
o Ensure document processes comply with regulations, guidelines, standards and UBS policies
o Provide advisory services, know-how and expertise on particular data and document management products and processes.

【徵求條件】
The successful candidate will require the skills, attributes and behaviors listed in the additional requirements below.
- University graduate with a major in Business / Finance.
- 8+ solid practical experiences in consumer banking operation field
- Demonstrate creative approach to problem solving & willing to take challenge to drive improvements
- Detail oriented, experienced in risk control management.
- Strong level and knowledge of MS word, Excel and power point skills.
- Trust business personnel license is a must.
- Internal Control license will be plus
- Proficient English communication skills in both written and verbal are must.
