【工作職缺】 Investment Research Secretary
【工作內容】
Responsible for meeting and travel arrangements and expenses applications
Support fund operation and monitor internal control system
Prepare for morning meeting minutes and monthly performance reports
Monitor fund's related corporate actions, including Taiwan corporate annual shareholders' meetings

【徵求條件】
Education background: graduate degree preferred
A minimum of 3-year experience
Good in English communication, reading and writing
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
PC skills with advanced knowledge of MS office; Bloomberg skill is a plus
Good judgment, easy going and flexible
SITCA certification is a plus
