Job Opening 2010 Consumer Banking Business Associates
A development plan has been designed for Banking Associates to help you
prepare for our sales leadership roles.
此專為消費金融處業務儲備幹部所設計的職涯發展計畫能夠幫助您成為我們的
業務領導角色。
We have a five-year focus in the Personal Banking segment, as this
requires more local, broad-based experience, before nomination for
the Branch Manager Academy.
為符合我們未來五年銀行以個人銀行為業務主軸之需求，需要更多具有在地、
廣泛經驗的分行管理人才。
What makes the Program unique:
- Our new and exciting 12-month programme will offer you six broad and
comprehensive rotations within Operations, Credit Risk, Products,
Re-engineering, Support Function and Branch Sales.
完整的12 個月計畫廣泛且全面，訓練範圍包含：營運作業、信用風險，產品，
流程再造、後勤部門和分行業務銷售。
- Once you've completed the year of rotations and Consumer Banking training,
you can expect to move into a branch role as a Relationship Manager serving
the Personal Banking customer segment or Small Business customer segment.
當您完成消費金融處的工作培訓後，您將會調遷至分行端的關係經理角色服務
個人銀行客戶區或企業客戶區。
- This three-year role will see you build relationships with customers
and will give you all the critical skills and knowledge we believe you'll
need as you make your way towards becoming one of our general managers
in the future.
此為期三年的職位將令 您與客戶建立關係且我們會提供 您職務上所需的所有必要
技能和專業知識，造就 您未來朝向高階管理者前進。
- At the end of each of the six rotations, you can expect to be able to

Rotation 3 - Credit Risk 信用風險 (1 month)
Rotation 4 - Support Function 後勤部門 (1 month)

Rotation 7 - Branch Sales 分行業務銷售 (6 months)
Qualification / Selection Criteria:
- If you will be graduating in 2010, or have graduated within the last two
years (military service completed for male), you are eligible to apply.
2010年國內外大學應屆畢業生，或畢業二年以內 (男需役畢)即符合申請資格。
- Please note you must be eligible to work in Taiwan, we will not consider
your application if you require a work permit.
必須具備在台灣工作資格。
- You must pass our on-line tests through the following website.
