Decision Analytics Consulting (DAC) is a one-to-one marketing consultancy
with industry emphases on consumer banking, telecom, insurance, and

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
DAC's BA Intern Program offers students a valuable opportunity to experience
hands-on work in a consulting firm before graduation. The 3 - 6 months
program at DAC, constituted of at least 10 working hours per week, acquaints
you with the firm's integrated approach to quantitative analysis and business
problem solving, and offers students a rare opportunity to see real
consulting projects at work.
We plan to offer this Program to 1-2 exceptional undergraduate students in
their 4th year or 2nd year graduate students. Those selected will be
supporting several regular DAC client/in-house project team. He/she will
perform specific individual and collective tasks under the coaching and
supervision of his/her mentor. Types of assignments will range from
data-mining supporting tasks to fundamental quantitative analysis.
PROGRAM PERIOD
The Program will last 3 to 6 months. Actual start date and duration are
subject to project status, but will be specified before program's kick-off.

SELECTION PROCESS
1. Candidates are required to submit 1) an English cover letter, 2) English
and Chinese resumes to hr@decision-analytics.com with e-mail subject titled
"Application to DAC BA Intern Program." Please submit your application by
March 28 to be considered in the selection process.
2. All candidates who have submitted complete application will be invited
to a written test at DAC's office (30 minutes, tentatively scheduled on March
30; invitation will be sent upon receipt of your application email). Walk-in
candidates will only be considered if they submit complete applications
shortly after written test.
3. Candidates who have passed written test will be invited to 2 to 4 rounds
of additional interviews.
