CHEAP Rent ≠ LUXURIOUS Accommodation?!
5 Minutes from Mundane to Paradise!!
Attention to those interested in an experience of the true meaning of 'the
world is flat.'
Attention to those longing for house instead of a sardine can-like apartment.
Location
The house is located in the beautiful 文山區 (Wen-Shan District). 5 mins walk
to MRT辛亥站 (Xin-Hai Station), Mu Zha Line (brown line). We are inside a
community 3 mins walk from 辛亥路 (Xin-Hai Rd.)
Public Space
Total space of the apartment is about 80 pings, consisting 3 floors. The 1st
floor includes a huge living room (15 pings), and a dining room (5 pings). We
also have one smaller living room in the 2nd floor. A backyard is free for
gardening. Private balcony on the rooftop is about 20 pings and is big enough
for setting a small basketball court. By the way, please feel free to park
your bike or scooter inside the private parking lot which is fitted for 4~5
cars!!
Room Condition
We have one Suite (套房) in 2F and one Room (雅房) in 3F available.
Suite: totally 10 pings, including 8 pings main room and a bathroom with a
huge bathtub. A french window (落地窗) and a personal balcony is provided.
Price:12,000 NT
Room: totally 7 pings, foursquare space is free to fit whatever internal
design you want. A bathroom in the same floor even provides a sauna like
shower space. Price: 8,400 NT.
How good is the apartment?!
" Convenient Transportation
5 mins walk to MRT辛亥站 (Xin-Hai Station), Mu Zha Line (brown line). 5 mins
drive to Taipei City (through the 辛亥隧道Xin Hai Tunnel). Besides, it is
conveniently near Shi Da and TaiDa (Once arrived in the Technology Building
Station at Muzha Line).
" Well Furnished
Two refrigerators (big one in 1F, small one in 2F), washing machine, brand
new stove, toaster, electric pot, TV, dining table, sofa set…etc. Air
conditioning and wireless internet is included in each individual room and
the living rooms.
" Wonderful surroundings
Hardly can you find country-like living surroundings 5 minutes away from
Taipei City. Peacefulness and cool air is its most prized attraction. In
consider of convenience, you can reach a Welcome Supermarket 3 minutes drive
away from the other side of the 辛亥隧道 (Xin Hai Tunnel). Various of
restaurants can be found near MRT 萬芳醫院站 (Wan Fang Hospital Station), one
station away from Xin Hai Station. Want some sport?! A community basketball
court is just near by!!
