DistriSurvey Ltd. is a European marketing consultancy with offices in
Hong Kong, Taipei and Bangkok, specialized in market research for retail
and consumer goods. Clients include top tier chains of Department Stores,
Category Killers and Hypermarkets in Asia.
Further to our development and expansion we are looking for a Market Research
Analyst who will be based in Taipei.
Market Research Analyst
Career Path
The incumbent will be progressively involved in all aspects of company,
starting with the position status and scope of work below. He/she will
then develop as project manager and will further expand in responsibility.
Key traits of character include : strong sense of responsibility and
reliability,strong sense of initiative, and detail oriented.
Must have strong capability in Excel, Powerpoint, SPSS
Position Status and Scope of Work
As Market Research Analyst the employee's scope of work will be as follows :
1. Marketing Duties
1.1 Participate in preparing market research projects
1.2 Develop reports, and participate in analysis
1.3 Proof-reading before delivery of report
1.4 Participate in training of surveyors and supervision of fieldwork
2. Commercial Development
2.1 Help evaluate additional needs for the company’s current accounts
in Thailand
2.2 Participate in developing new marketing research and improvement
of current projects
2.3 After training will participate in sales forecasting projects
in Thailand. Short term travel in Thailand may be necessary
Qualification
Taiwan Nationals
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Statistics
- 0-2 years of working experience
- Computer literacy (experienced in SPSS as well as Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
- Written and spoken English. No professional experience is accepted.
