[閒聊] 自訂訓練菜單
今天猛然一想,發現時間不多了
想說做規律一點的練習,於是定了周計畫:
1. 一到五晨練(七點半到九點),基本百箭
2. 六日擇一天射50
3. 每周慢跑累積5000m
4. 每周馬步累積30min
大概先這樣,風雨有阻
有誰要一起晨練的嗎?
